Initially, we were apprehensive entrusting the sale of our home to anyone; however, upon meeting Crystal, we trusted her and immediately knew we were in good hands. We worked with Crystal Kilpatrick to find our home in Austin late in 2012. We had a pretty long list what we were looking for which made the search seem like it would be difficult. Initially we provided Crystal with a list of homes we found on the internet that we wanted to view. While taking us to view these homes she asked questions, watched to see what we liked and didn’t like, and gathered additional information. This helped her determine what suggestions she could make for additional homes for us to look at. Nothing on our initial list met our needs. But a few days later Crystal found us an amazing home that had everything on our list and more. She was able to get us a viewing the first morning it went on the market and by the end of that day our offer was accepted. I don’t think we would have been able to get this home if it weren’t for Crystal. If I was to look for another home in Austin, Crystal would be the first person I would call. I highly recommend her as a realtor who will find you the right house.
