Initially, we were apprehensive entrusting the sale of our home to anyone; however, upon meeting Crystal, we trusted her and immediately knew we were in good hands. She is very professional, experienced, and did an excellent job (and our house sold quickly). She kept us informed and communicated with us on a regular basis. She also negotiated on our behalf and provided us guidance. She assisted us along the way with anything we didn’t understand, such as required inspections and information on the HUD form.

Crystal is also our realtor for the house that we are building. Once we outlined our criteria, Crystal was instrumental in finding us the perfect location to build: Reunion Ranch, a new master planned community that we were not aware even existed. She helped us choose our floor plan, the Altessa, her personal favorite, and assisted us at the design center. Crystal has made our home selling and home building experience much more enjoyable and easy-going thanks to her expertise.
