Melanie Byrne epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Melanie grew up in the Austin area and attended Jack C. Hays High School. She is a natural-born leader and has always excelled at everything put in her path; top of her class in school, a member of the National Honors Society, a high school cheerleader, and completing high school with honors, a year early.
Melanie continued her education at The University of Louisiana where she majored in Biology as a Pre-Med student. Missing her hometown, Austin, Texas, she transferred to Texas State University and found her heart was truly in education. She later graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA in Interdisciplinary Studies. She went on to teach elementary school for 9 years in her beloved school district she had always called home, Hays CISD. Intrigued in pursuing a career in Real Estate after buying several homes herself, she decided to take the plunge with the incredible support from her husband, friends, and family.
Melanie has worked every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, and investors, in both the residential and commercial real estate market. She has been trained and inspired in sales by some of the best from Dale Carnegie, Tom Ferry, Gary Keller, Tony Robbins, and others. Melanie uses her experience and foresight to address details before they become a problem. She and her team work to maintain relationships and initiate communication in every detail of the transaction, from the first phone call all the way to close.
